Orders at or below $59 ship at the standard rate shown at checkout. Any available shipping charge, surcharge, or special-handling fee will be shown and confirmed during checkout before payment.
Processing and Delivery
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery is usually 3-8 business days after shipment for U.S. warehouse items. Items that require warehouse transfer or special handling may take longer, and any longer estimate should be shown before checkout.
If an order includes items from more than one warehouse or fulfillment location, the items may ship separately or may be consolidated before shipment when practical.
Heavy-Item Shipping
Some items require specialized carrier handling because of their package weight or dimensions. These items are not eligible for free standard shipping over $59. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown and confirmed during checkout before payment.
Large beds, furniture, crates, playpens, oversized pet gear, remote-area deliveries, restricted items, final-sale items, or special-handling items may have a separate shipping charge or may be excluded from free shipping when carrier cost would exceed the normal allowance.
